Nature of the Products
The products offered through this store are unofficial reproduction cards intended for casual play, deck testing, collection, display, and other recreational purposes.
They are not original products and are not intended for use in official tournaments or sanctioned events.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they understand and accept the nature of the products being purchased.
Responsible Use, Resale and Fraud Prevention
Our products are intended for personal and recreational use. EncoreH Cards does not authorise or support their commercial resale or distribution without prior written permission.
Under no circumstances may our products be advertised, offered, sold, traded, submitted for authentication, or otherwise represented as genuine or original trading cards.
Whenever one of our products is transferred to another person, its unofficial reproduction or proxy nature must be clearly disclosed.
We do not tolerate the use of our products to deceive buyers, collectors, stores, marketplaces, tournament organisers, authentication services, or any other third party.
Where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a customer is purchasing or using our products for fraudulent resale, misrepresentation, or other deceptive conduct, we reserve the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to:
- Cancel pending orders and issue any refund legally due
- Restrict or block access to our store
- Refuse future purchases
- Preserve relevant transaction records
- Cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities or affected platforms
If you suspect that someone is presenting products purchased from EncoreH Cards as genuine or original cards, please contact us through the Contact page on our website and provide any relevant information or evidence available, such as:
- Links to listings
- Screenshots
- Photographs
- Usernames or seller profiles
- Marketplace information
- Order references
- Any other relevant details
Each report will be reviewed individually. Measures will only be taken where we consider that sufficient and credible information is available.
Please do not obtain information unlawfully or submit unnecessary sensitive personal data when making a report.
Product Images and Representation
The images shown on the website may include:
- Real photographs of the product
- Reference images used to identify the card, artwork, edition, or version
Images are provided for illustrative and identification purposes.
Slight variations in colour, brightness, finish, alignment, texture, or general appearance may occur due to lighting, photography conditions, printing batches, monitor settings, or device displays.
Minor variations of this nature do not necessarily constitute a product defect.
Product Information and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, finishes, versions, prices, and availability accurate.
All products are subject to availability.
In the event of a stock discrepancy, listing error, or inventory error, the customer will be contacted and offered one of the following options, where applicable:
- A suitable replacement accepted by the customer
- Removal of the unavailable product and a corresponding refund
- Cancellation and full refund of the affected order
Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms and Conditions.
An automated order confirmation confirms that we have received the order. It does not prevent us from cancelling the order where there is a genuine stock, pricing, payment, technical, security, or fraud-prevention issue.
We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe that:
- The information provided is false, incomplete, or unauthorised
- Payment has not been successfully completed
- The transaction presents a reasonable risk of fraud or payment abuse
- The order is associated with deceptive resale, misrepresentation, or unlawful activity
- A material pricing, stock, listing, or technical error has occurred
- The customer has previously breached these Terms and Conditions
Where an order is cancelled after payment, the amount legally due will be refunded using the original payment method whenever possible.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless clearly stated otherwise.
Shipping costs, discounts, taxes where applicable, and the final amount payable are displayed before the order is confirmed.
Promotions, quantity discounts, automatic discounts, and discount codes are subject to the conditions displayed at the time of purchase.
Discounts cannot normally be combined unless expressly indicated on the website.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or technical errors. Where an error affects an order that has already been placed, the customer will be informed and given the option to confirm the order at the correct price or receive a full refund.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are prepared and dispatched from Spain as quickly as reasonably possible.
Available shipping methods, shipping costs, delivery areas, and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout or described in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, selected carrier, customs procedures, public holidays, exceptional demand, weather conditions, transport incidents, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Where a pickup point, parcel shop, or locker delivery service has been selected, the customer is responsible for collecting the parcel within the period established by the carrier.
Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect address, an uncollected parcel, or circumstances attributable to the customer may be charged where permitted by applicable law.
Order Cancellation, Withdrawal and Returns
Orders may be cancelled before they have entered preparation for shipment.
Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled as an unprocessed order.
However, eligible customers may exercise any applicable statutory right of withdrawal or request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Customers should inspect their order after delivery and report visible transport damage, missing products, incorrect products, or other apparent incidents as soon as reasonably possible.
Photographs of the parcel, shipping label, packaging, and affected products may be requested where reasonably necessary to investigate an incident.
Any requested reporting period is intended to help us investigate the matter and does not remove or restrict any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any mandatory right of withdrawal, legal guarantee, remedy, or consumer protection available under applicable law.
Customer Responsibilities
Before placing an order, customers are responsible for:
- Reviewing the product name, description, finish, version, and quantity selected
- Confirming that their contact and delivery information is complete and accurate
- Understanding that the products are unofficial reproductions or proxy cards
- Confirming that the products are appropriate for their intended personal use
- Using the products honestly, responsibly, and lawfully
Customers must not use the website, their account, or the products for:
- Fraud or attempted fraud
- Misrepresentation of proxy cards as genuine products
- Deceptive or unauthorised commercial resale
- Infringement of third-party rights
- Payment abuse or unauthorised transactions
- Harassment, threats, or abusive conduct
- Interference with the operation or security of the website
- Any other unlawful or dishonest activity
Account Restrictions and Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to restrict access to the website, cancel pending orders, or refuse future purchases where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a customer:
- Has breached these Terms and Conditions
- Has attempted to use our products fraudulently
- Has represented our products as genuine or original cards
- Has provided false or misleading information
- Has abused payment, refund, chargeback, discount, or ordering systems
- Presents a reasonable security or fraud risk

Any decision will be assessed individually and applied only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Liability
EncoreH Cards is not responsible for losses or consequences resulting from the customer’s fraudulent, unlawful, deceptive, or improper use of the products.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products are suitable for their intended use before placing an order.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses that are not directly caused by a breach of our obligations.
Third-Party Names and Intellectual Property
Third-party card names, game names, trademarks, artwork references, set names, and other identifiers may be displayed for product identification and descriptive purposes.
All third-party trademarks, names, artwork, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
EncoreH Cards is an independent store and does not claim affiliation with, sponsorship by, approval from, or endorsement by any third-party rights holder unless expressly stated.
Website Content and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the website accurate, secure, and available.
However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every error, technical problem, or temporary interruption will be corrected immediately.
