1. General Conditions  
Returns and exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:  
- Product damaged during shipping  
- Incorrect item received  

2. Procedure  
The customer must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photos of the product.

3. Resolution  
We will prioritize:  
- Replacement with the same product  

If the item is out of stock:  
- A full refund will be issued  

4. Exclusions  
Returns will not be accepted for:  
- Personal preferences  
- Minor differences in color or appearance due to lighting or screen settings  

5. Replacement Shipping  
For approved cases, the replacement shipment will be handled by the store at no additional cost to the customer.
