FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Are these official Magic: The Gathering cards?
No. All products are proxy cards (unofficial reproductions) and are not affiliated with Wizards of the Coast. They are intended for casual play and collecting only.

What is the quality of the cards?

Cards are printed on premium 330 gsm German black core paper, providing durability and an authentic feel.

Printing is done using professional Heidelberg technology, ensuring sharp details and colors that closely match original cards (up to 95% accuracy).

Do the cards include holographic seals?
Yes — when the original card includes a holographic seal, the proxy version also includes a real holographic seal.

The seal follows the original design (oval or triangular) and uses metallic finishes such as silver or gold, depending on the card.

This provides a more realistic appearance compared to standard proxies that only use flat printed imitations.

Are the cards tournament legal?
No. These cards are not allowed in official tournaments.

Are the images real photos of the product?
Some products include real photos, while others use reference images for artwork identification. This is always indicated in the product description.

Can the colors vary from the images?
Yes. Slight variations may occur due to lighting, printing, or screen settings.

Do you offer foil cards?
Yes. Some cards are available in foil. You can filter by foil in the collection.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are prepared within 24–72 hours and shipped from Spain. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days within Europe.

Do you ship across Europe?
We ship to selected European countries. Shipping availability depends on the destination and selected delivery method.

If your country is not available at checkout, it means shipping is currently not supported for that destination.

Where do I select the pickup point?
The pickup point is selected after completing the payment.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been prepared or shipped.

Do you accept returns?
Returns are only accepted in case of damaged products or order errors. Please contact us within 48 hours with photos.

For full details and conditions, please see our Return & Refund Policy.

What does "proxy card" mean?
A proxy card is an unofficial reproduction used for casual play, testing decks, or collecting without the cost of original cards.

Can I mix different cards in bulk discounts?
Yes. Bulk discounts are calculated using the total number of cards in the cart, not only identical cards.

How are bulk discounts applied?
Bulk discounts are automatically applied in the cart depending on the quantity of cards added.

Do foil and non-foil versions look different?
Yes. Foil cards include a reflective finish that changes depending on lighting conditions, while non-foil cards use a traditional finish.

Are the cards suitable for Commander?
Yes. Many customers use our proxy cards for Commander decks, casual games, deck testing, and collecting.

Can I request specific cards?

Yes. We always welcome suggestions from the community and regularly review requests when deciding which cards to add to our catalog.

However, we do not offer custom-made cards or made-to-order additions. Adding a new card requires sourcing, preparation, quality checks, and production planning, so requests are not fulfilled on demand and we cannot guarantee a specific timeframe.

Some requested cards may be added in the future, while others may not be included depending on demand, availability, and production priorities.

Can I see the back of the cards?

Yes. You can view several examples of our card backs here:
